Classical: 2017 dates to be announced
$20 for Grades 1-8 ($25 on/after January 1)
$30 for High School and up ($35 on/after January 1)
In order to be eligible, athletes must meet ONE of the following criteria:
1. A full-time Massachusetts resident at least 30 days prior to the event
2. A full-time student at an academic institution in Massachusetts
3. They are a resident of Connecticut, Maine, New Hampshire, Rhode Island, or Vermont, which do not have their own State Games organization
All ages are as of February 27th, 2016 and all grades are as of 2015-2016 school year.
Grade 1 & 2 (1K)
Grade 3 & 4 (1K & 2 1/2K)
Middle School Grade 5 & 6 (2 1/2K & 5K)
Middle School Grade 7 & 8 (2 1/2K & 5K)
High School Grade 9 - 12 (5K & 10K)
Senior 1 U30 (5K & 10K)
Senior 2 - Age 30-39 (5K & 10K)
Master 1 - Age 40-49 (5K & 10K)
Master 2- Age 50-59 (5K & 10K)
Master 3 - Age 60+ (5K & 10K)
*Bay State Games reserves the right to combine divisions based on number of entries.
There will be separate divisions for males and females.
Participants may enter freestyle and/or classical. Within each event, participants may only register for one distance.
Registration/check-in at 8:30 am
Races beign at 10:00 am*
*specific schedule will be confirmed once number of entries is determined
All participants will receive a Bay State Winter Games t-shirt. The top three athletes in division and event will receive the appropriate Gold, Silver or Bronze Bay State Games medal as well as a Bay State Games award jacket.
