COMPETITION HIGHLIGHTS |
- Medals are awarded to the top three finishers in each event.
- Competition is hosted at Blodgett Pool on the campus of Harvard University. |

DIVISIONS |

Masters I: Ages 19–34
Masters II: Ages 35-49
Masters III: Ages 50 and older
*Male and female divisions.
*All ages are as of July 8, 2011.

ELIGIBILITY |
An athlete must meet ONE of the following criteria:
- A Massachusetts resident.
- A
full-time member of a Massachusetts based swimming club.
- A
registered member of New England Masters Swimming. |

RULES |
- Masters swimmers DO NOT take part in qualifiers. Finals are July 8-10.

No membership to any swim organization is required.

USA Swimming rules will apply at the qualifiers and finals.

USA Swimming officials will be used at all meets.

A Positive check-in system will be used at finals. Athletes must check in prior to each session.

Masters events are as follows. Athletes may enter a maximum of four (4) events. |

SEEDING |
All masters swimmers must include a seed time for each event on their application. All seed times should be in short course yard times. Each event will be seeded with males and females combined but, events will be scored and awarded by division and gender.

To determine your region, please check the Town Codes. |

ENTRY FEE |
Finalist fee: $25
|
| |
AWARDS |
- All athletes will receive a T-shirt and swim cap.
-
Medals will be awarded to top 3 in each division and event.
- Bay State Games jackets will be distributed to the top 4 in each division and event.
Athletes who win more than one gold medal will only receive one jacket.

ENTRY DEADLINE |
All applications must be postmarked NO LATER THAN JUNE 30, 2011.
THERE IS NO ON-SITE REGISTRATION THE DAY OF THE MEET. THIS WILL BE STRICTLY ENFORCED!!!!
