USTA Tennis age up rule in effect (Must be in age category until June 30, 2010) |

ELIGIBILITY |
To qualify, an athlete must be ONE of the following:
- A full-time resident of Massachusetts for 30 days prior to first day of event.
- A full-time student at a recognized academic institution in Massachusetts.
- A registered member of a sport club in Massachusetts, for which you are entering. The club must be your exclusive “contact” with the sports. Athletes using the club membership for eligibility may not be a member of a non Massachusetts club.

FORMAT |
- One day event only.
- Tournament draws with consolation and/or round robins.
- Entrants are guaranteed a minimum of two (2) matches.

Match format will be determined by the tournament director.
- USTA Tennis memberships are available on site, but are NOT required to enter. |

ENTRY FEE |
|
Singles: $40
Doubles Teams: $25 (per player) |
Athletes may enter singles AND/OR doubles events. The fee is $65 for athletes who choose to enter singles AND doubles events. |

AWARDS |
- All participants receive an official Bay State Summer Games T-shirt.

Medals are awarded to the top three in each division.
- Award jackets are presented to the gold medal winners in each division. |

ENTRY DEADLINE |
Draws are limited. Applications will be accepted on a first come, first serve basis until draws are full OR no later then June 30, 2010. Confirmation sent by July 1, 2010. |
