Welcome to the Bay State Games Ambassador Hub — your go-to resource for everything you need throughout your time as a BSG Ambassador.
This is where you’ll find your upcoming tasks, important deadlines, program information, resources, and opportunities to get involved with the Bay State Games. Be sure to check back regularly, as new assignments and updates will be added throughout the year.

OCTOBER TASKS
- Follow Bay State Games on social media (@baystategames) if you have not already. We're on Instagram, TikTok, X/Twitter, Facebook, and Threads.
- Send Alanis a short bio and 2 photo(s) to be posted on the website. Returning ambassadors, please let me know if you would like to keep the same bio on the website or make changes.
- Read the ambassador manual and return a signed agreement on the last page on the High School Ambassador manual. Please return your agreement by WEDNESDAY, OCTOBER 14. If you do not return this agreement, you will be removed from the program.
- All ambassadors are invited to join us at the Ambassador Program Kick Off Summit on Sunday, November 8, 2026 @ the MA Army National Guard Readiness Center located at 149 Speen St, in Natick MA. Please submit your official RSVP by Wednesday, October 14. To RSVP visit
