ALPINE SKIING

BOUSQUET MOUNTAIN SKI AREA, PITTSFIELD, MA

This event will be capped at 200 skiers. Snowboarders are NOT eligible for this race.


Entry Fee: 

$85.00 for skiers who currently who NEED a lift ticket to participate and are NOT current pass members of Bousquet


$55.00 for skiers who currently hold a Bousquet Seasonal Pass OR an Unlimited Summit Pass ONLY who do NOT need a lift ticket.


Registration Deadline: Friday, March 13 at 12:00pm  OR when the 200 skier cap has been met.


On-site Fee: $85.00 we will only allow on-site registrations if the 200 skier cap has not been met.

  • Ages 8-10
  • Ages 11-12
  • Ages 13-14
  • Ages 15-16
  • Ages 17-18
  • Open A Ages 19-25
  • Open B Ages 26-35
  • Open C Ages 36-50
  • Open D Ages 51+

**BSG Reserves the right to combine divisions based on registration



An athlete must meet at least one of the following guidelines:

  • Athletes must be a resident of MA, ME, VT, NH, CT, RI
  • Athletes must be a student of an academic institution located in MA, ME, VT, NH, CT, RI
  • Athletes must be a member of a ski club located in MA, ME, VT, NH, CT, RI

Race Course Information: Upper and Lower Grand


Two-run Giant Slalom

  • Within each division, seeding is random draw for first run. 
  • Second run will repeat first run order
  • Final score will be the combined time of both runs

Equipment: Goggles & Helmets required. All participants must provide their own.



Amenities:

  • Gold, Silver, & Bronze medals to first, second, & third place finishers in each division/gender
  • A BSWG branded gift will given to all first, second, & third place finishers in each division 
  • Event entry includes lift ticket that can be used post race

Athlete Check In: 7:45 - 9:00 am

Course Inspection: 8:30 - 9:30 am

Forerunners: 9:40 am

First Run: 9:45 am

Lunch Break, Reseeding, Course Reset 

2nd Course Inspection: Approx 11:00 am

2nd Forerunners: Approx 11:05 am

2nd Run: Aprox 11:15 am

Results & Awards: Approx 1 hour following the conclusion of the race
