SUNDAY JULY 30, 2023 AT GAME ON, FITCHBURG

This fundraising cornhole tournament is the first of its kind for Bay State Games! This event is open to all Bay State Games supporters, whether you are a cornhole enthusiasts or a casual cornhole player. Find a teammate to join you for the first annual BSG Cornhole Fundraiser!

Entry Fee: $60 (per team)

Registration Deadline: July 28 at 5:00 p.m. OR when all team slots are filled

Registration

Registration will be capped at 50 teams.
If cap is not met, on-site registration will be accepted for an additional $10
2 players per team
A team "captain" will register the pair as a whole. As CAPTAIN, enter your personal info, your Team Name and Secret Team Code, then pay the entry fee for your team. As team CAPTAIN, you are registered. However, each GROUP MEMBER must also register for the event.
A link for the TEAM MEMBERS to register will be included in your registration confirmation email for you to forward to your TEAM. They should select the TEAM MEMBER registration category, select your team name and enter the secret code you have designated.

4 game round robin then the top teams make a single elimination playoff.

Check in: 10:30 a.m.

Bags fly: 11:00 a.m.

Please plan to arrive at least 30 minutes before your start time.
If you are registering day of on-site please plan to arrive 45 minutes prior to start
If courts and all players are available, games may begin before the estimated start times
Approximate start times will be posted and emailed to players one week before the tournament

Food & Drink

Game On has a full restaurant bar & grill located on the second level of the facility.

The Courtside Cafe is on the same level as the main entrance.

Prizes

Top 3 finishers will win their respective gold, silver, or bronze medals

The winning pair will recieve custom Bay State Games cornhole boards!
