Tewksbury Memorial High School '27

Lila Areias is from Tewksbury, Massachusetts. She is currently a junior at Tewksbury Memorial High School. 2026 will be her fourth year playing for the Bay State Games Northeast softball team. She also plays high school field hockey and gymnastics, as well as participates in DECA, band, best buddies, and student council. A fun fact about Lila is that she has two dogs!

Lia Arevalo

Westford Academy '26

Lia Arevalo is from Westford, and is a senior at Westford Academy. She has played on the Metro/Northeast field hockey team for three years, and co-captain for two. Lia has been playing field hockey for 8 years, and club field hockey for 4 years. At school she is a captain of the varsity field hockey team, and she is currently committed to play Division 2 field hockey at Saint Anselm College. A fun fact about Lia is that she love to read!

Cheyenne Bartolone

Tewksbury Memorial High School '27 

Cheyenne Bartolone is from Tewksbury Massachusetts, where she is a junior at Tewksbury Memorial High School. Cheyenne is a figure skater for North Shore Skating Club. Cheyenne is going into her ninth year of figure skating. She has competed in Bay state games since 2019. Last summer she attended the state games of America in California and took two gold medals home. Cheyenne also enjoys playing field hockey. She is on the varsity team at her hometown high school. Cheyenne enjoys helping kids learn how to skate. She will be graduating from Tewksbury High School in 2027. In her future, she hopes to go to college for sports medicine. Cheyenne loves spending time with her friends and family, making memories and going to the beach.

Lily Bendell is from Hanover, MA and is am a sophomore at Hanover High School. She is a figure skater, likes to make cards for people, and enjoys baking. Lily would like to go to college for science and criminal justice, and hopes to skate on a synchro team as well. 

Giacomo Berardinelli III

Burlington High School '26

Giacomo Berardinelli is a senior at Burlington High School. He plays golf, ice hockey and baseball and this year he is captain of all three sports. Last summer he and his Bay State North East team won a bronze medal in baseball. Giacomo will graduate in 2026 and hopes to attend college in New England studying business. Sports are his passion, not only when playing them, but when watching them too. Fun fact about Giacomo is that he went snorkeling in the Caribbean Sea.

Brooke Blahut

North Quincy High School '26

Brooke Blahut is a senior at North Quincy High School. She is a 4-year varsity soccer player and captain of the Quincy/North Quincy Girls Hockey team. In addition to her high school sports, Brooke is also a competitive figure skater and competes on behalf of Winterland Skating School and the South Shore Skating Club. She has competed in the Bay States Games Figure Skating competition for the past 10 years and is a two-time gold medalist and four-time silver medalist. Earlier this year, Brooke also became a U.S. Figure Skating Gold Medalist. 
At NQHS, Brooke is ranked in the top 5% academically, Vice President of her class and for Connect 4 Cancer and member of both the National Honor Society and the Science National Honor Society. She is the NQHS representative for both the MIAA and the BSG and has been a BSG Ambassador for the past four years.
Brooke is planning to pursue a degree in Forensics and Criminology with the intention of becoming an FBI Special Agent.

Aika has played 15’s and 7’s rugby on her school team and club team for two years. This past summer was her second year competing in the bay state summer games. She enjoys being involved in her local youth group, capturing memories on her digital camera and volunteering to build affordable houses. Aika loves traveling and hopes to tour the country by van someday.

Violet Brown

Notre Dame Academy Hingham '29

Violet Brown is from Walpole, MA and is currently a freshman at Notre Dame Academy in Hingham, class of 2029. She is on the varsity field hockey team and plays second base and centerfield in softball. At her new school, Violet is looking forward to becoming involved in clubs and community service projects. Last summer Violet played in Bay State Games on the Southeast field hockey team, where she helped her team win the gold medal for the 1st time in a decade. Violet has played club field hockey for the past 7 years, and currently plays at True Grit FHC. In addition she participated in the USA field hockey Nexus Championship in 2024. Violet hopes to play collegiate field hockey and is interested in a career in civics and law. A fun fact about Violet is she loves to read!

Makenzie Casey is a junior at Quabbin Regional High School where she plays field hockey, basketball, and golf. She is from Hubbardston, MA and hopes to play field hockey in college and study forensics, in hopes that one day be she will be a forensic scientist or a CSI. Makenzie has been playing field hockey for the Bay State Games for the past 3 years and has had an amazing time! A fun fact about Makenzie is that she has been playing field hockey since she was 5!

Jaelin Chittaphong is from Longmeadow, Massachusetts, and is a senior at Longmeadow High School-graduating in 2026. He competes in track and field for both his school and LAC Athletic Club, specializing in hurdles, and has participated in Adidas Indoor and Outdoor Nationals as well as being a qualifier for the USATF Junior Olympics. Outside of track, Jaelin enjoys skiing, scuba diving, photography, and coaching youth track. He aspires to compete in track and field at the Division I level in college while pursuing a career in marketing. 

Chloe Christian

Notre Dame Academy Hingham '27

Chloe Christian lives in Plymouth, Massachusetts and attends Notre Dame Academy in Hingham, Massachusetts, graduating in 2027. Chloe figure skates, and has been to Bay State Winter Games in 2025 and Summer Games in 2025. She also does track and field at my high school as well as run a Cosmology Club there. She hopes to skate in college and go somewhere down the Criminal Justice and Law route. A fun fact about Chloe is she has a yellow lab and a black lab! 

Mia Ci

Dover-Sherborn High School '28

Mia Ci is a 15-year-old student at Dover-Sherborn High School and a competitive figure skater who has been on the ice since she was four years old. She skates with Theatre on Ice of Boston and has won two international championships, two national titles, and a national bronze medal. In addition to skating, Mia recently began competing in track and field for her high school. She has participated in the Bay State Games for figure skating in 2023, 2024, and 2025. She especially enjoys chemistry and anatomy and hopes to continue her academic and athletic journey in college. A fun fact about her is that she likes to bake!

Maeve Collins

Malden Catholic High School '28

Maeve Collins is a sophomore at Malden Catholic High School. She is a member of the varsity volleyball team and is an outside hitter. Maeve is also apart of the varsity lacrosse team. She has played for Bay States Games for two years, one year on the Metro team and this past year on the Metro/Southeast team. At school, she is apart of Morgan's Message club and chemistry club. In college, Maeve hopes to continue playing volleyball.

Sydney Conti

Medford High School '27

Sydney Conti is a junior at Medford High School, graduating in 2027. She is on the varsity softball team for Medford High School and has dominated her past two seasons. Sydney is a pitcher and a power hitter (hitting seven over the fence home runs during the past two high school seasons). Sydney finished her freshman season as a GBL All Star, Rookie of the Year for Medford, and runner up for GBL MVP. She finished her sophomore season as a GBL All Star for Medford and received a MHS Varsity Softball Outstanding Player award. She also plays travel ball for the Hurricanes 18U Meuse. She played in the Bay State Summer Games in 2024 and 2025 for the Metro region and was a team captain this past summer. She cannot wait to play again next year! In addition to sports, Sydney takes her schooling very seriously. She takes many honors and AP classes and makes sure she always maintains excellent grades. When she is not on the field herself, Sydney loves to help coach other young girls who want to become better softball players. Sydney has goals of going far with her softball career and hopes to play in college! A fun fact about Syd is that she loves going to concerts and has been to twenty six concerts in her life.

Carsten Couture is a senior at Franklin County Technical School and is from Whately, MA. He’s a Captain on his Varsity wrestling team, which he’s been on since 9th grade, and also plays Varsity football and track. He’s a Western Mass D3 Champion and has qualified at States twice. Carsten was a Bay State Games wrestler in 2025 and will wrestle again this year. In addition to athletics, Carsten is top ranked in his graduating class and hopes to attend a military academy and then become an officer in the Marine Corps. When he’s not playing a sport, Carsten loves to spend time with his friends, go snowmobiling, skiing and playing games. A fun fact about Carsten is he’s very superstitious about the socks he wears during his sporting events

Nora Grabowski is a 16 year old sophomore who attends Bridgewater-Raynham Regional High School. She plays soccer, basketball, and spring track for her school. She also plays club soccer for FC Stars. Nora has played in the BSG Girls Soccer Showcase on the Coastal team for the past two years. She also won gold her first year she played!

Keagan Gray is a senior at Attleboro High School who plays soccer. Keagan is a 4 year varsity athlete who has competed in the Bay State Games for 3 years now and also a returning student ambassador. Keagan is the VP of Leadership at his schools DECA Club. After high school, he plans on majoring in Sports Management/Sports Media. One fun fact about Keagan is he is the biggest Kid Cudi fan you’ll ever meet.

Julia Gray

Julia Gray is from East Longmeadow and is currently a junior at East Longmeadow High School. She has been playing field hockey for 9 years and club for 4. Julia competed in the Bay State Games last year for field hockey where she and her team (West) placed third. Julia also enjoys swimming and playing lacrosse for her high school. Julia is incredibly active in her community where she volunteers with her church and her school for various causes. When she's not playing sports or volunteering, she is either listening, singing, or playing music. After graduation, Julia hopes to attend a four year school where she can major in education and continue her passion for preforming and playing field hockey more!

Bianca Greenan is a junior in the class of 2027 at Groton-Dunstable Regional High School in Groton, MA. She plays on her school’s varsity volleyball and tennis teams. She plays club volleyball for Mill City’s 18U, which is her third year with Mill City VBC. She competed in the 2023, 2024, and 2025 Bay State Games Girls Volleyball Showcase. Bianca enjoys traveling and making art. She is t he Treasurer of her school's Executive Board, Vice President of her school’s Tennis Club, and a member of the Spanish, Art, and Dance clubs. 

Richard Hale

Minnechaug Regional Highschool High School '27

Richard Hale is from Wilbraham Massachusetts and attends Minnechaug Regional Highschool, where he plays Football and Lacrosse. Along with sports, he is an active participant in Student Council (Serving on the Executive Board for two years), Falcon Leadership Committee (A committee with only athletes, with a focus to improve school spirit specifically in athletics), Key club and National Honors Society. Richard has played Lacrosse since he was 5 and Football since he was 8. During his lacrosse season sophomore year he received All League, and All Western Mass 2nd Team awards. He is not sure what my major will be in college but Richard does want to play lacrosse at the next level. Lastly, a fun fact about Richard is he can juggle!

Sofia Halunen

Bourne High School '27

Sofia Halunen is a senior at Bourne High School and has played on the varsity volleyball team since her freshman year. She was named Boston Globe D5 Athlete of the Year in 2024 along with being named an AVCA Phenom, MAVCA All-State Player, MIAA Division 5 Champion, two-time MIAA All-Star, and 2024 MAVCA D5 All-Tournament Player. She played on the Coastal Region Volleyball team this year at the Bay State Games, where she was awarded the Sportsmanship Award. For the past 3 years she played for Central Mass Volleyball Club on their premier CMASS Edge Black teams and will play for them again this season. She was honored to be awarded the Barry Goldberg Legacy Coin for teamwork, discipline, and resilience in academic and athletic pursuits. Sofia is also a 4-year student council representative, DECA Club founder and representative, National Honor Society member, and Principal's Advisory Council of Student Leaders representative. Sofia has verbally committed to extend her academic career and to play Division II volleyball at Saint Anselm College, where she will study business and psychology. A fun fact about Sofia is she knows American Sign Language.

Siena Hesbach is from Maynard and is part of the class of 2026 at Maynard High School. She has been playing soccer and swimming for more than 13 years. She has also participated in the Bay State Games in 2019, 2023, 2024, and 2025. Siena is a part of her class government in the public relations role and is also the PR manager for her school's Leaders of Change club. Siena hopes to become successful in the medical field. A fun fact about Siena is that she lived in The Netherlands for 3 years.

Jordi Higgins

Bishop Feehan High School '26

Jordan Higgins is from Mansfield, MA. She is currently a senior at Bishop Feehan High School, class of 2026. This is her fourth season playing on the D1 varsity field hockey team, and was named a 2025 Captain. At school, Jordi is involved in the Saint Vincent de Paul Club, Senior Center Glam Club, Feehan Fanatics, Feehan’s Multicultural Association, and the McCauley Ambassador program. In addition to being in the National Social Studies, Spanish, Art, and English Societies. Two summers ago and the summer before, Jordi has played in the Bay State Games on the Coastal Field Hockey team, where she helped her team win the gold medal for two years in a row! Jordi has played club field hockey for the past 8 years, and currently plays for Allegiance. In addition, she has participated in the USA Field Hockey Nexus Championships in 2021, 2022, 2024, and 2025. Jordi is continuing her athletic and academic career at Bryant University, and hopes to become a physical therapist. A fun fact about Jordi is that she loves to travel, and cook with her sister and Neena.

 Christa Iacopucci is currently a sophomore and attends Malden Catholic High School and will graduate in 2028. She figure skates at North Shore Skating Club in Reading Massachusetts. She has been skating for 6 years, and has grown to love it more and more each day. She competes individually and nationally on the Theater on Ice team, The Crystal Blades. Christa participated in 2023 Winter and Summer Games, and 2024 Summer Games. At school, she participates in a few clubs, her favorite one being Media Club. In her future, Christa hopes to study nursing. A fun fact about her is that she loves listening to Gracie Abrams and Lizzy McAlp.

Kaelyn Kerr is from Billerica, and a sophomore at Billerica Memorial High School. She has been swimming competitively for 8 years and has swum at the high school varsity level since 8th grade. In 2023, Kaelyn was selected for the Merrimack Valley Second Team, all-conference team. She has participated in the Baystate Games program for 3 years. In the summer of 2024, Kaelyn won gold in the 13-14 400 IM. When Kaelyn is not in the pool, she is actively involved in Peer Leaders, where she fosters a sense of community and support among her peers. Kaelyn one day hopes to swim in college while pursuing a career in architecture.

For two years, Mickey has attended the BSG Track competition where he has won bronze in the Javelin and qualified for the State Games of America. He hopes to throw javelin, discuss, and hammer in college  and also to become a successful person after college in the job I find fit. Abby Lewis is a junior from Acton, MA, where she attends Acton Boxborough Regional H.S. She has played with the Metro-Northeast team for one year. Also, Abby has been playing club field hockey for 11 years, and has been on her school's varsity team for 2. Abby hopes to play field hockey in college. A fun fact about Abby is that she played the piano for 10 years!

Davi Lima is from from Somerset, Massachusetts, where he attends Mount Saint Charles Academy (Previously Somerset Berkley Regional High School) as a member of the Class of 2027. Davi plays soccer as a winger/attacking midfielder and has competed on the Bay State Games Coastal Soccer team for the past two years, as well as for Nor’easter SC at the club level. Outside of soccer, he enjoy listening to music, hanging out with friends, traveling, and working out. Isabel Luneau is from Braintree. She is a senior at Braintree High School, and has been an Ambassador for all four years of High School. Though she was injured last year, she is excited to get back to practice in time for her senior season at her club team, International Fencing Club. Besides fencing Izzy is very involved at BHS, she is Senior Editor on her school’s yearbook and plays an active role in school wide events as well as NEHS & NHS. She plans to continue to fence in college while studying Sports Management or Communications. And a fun fact about Izzy is that she has been to over half the United States!

Jacob MacDonald

Blackstone Valley Tech High School '26

JJ MacDonald is a senior at Blackstone Valley Tech (BVT) in Upton where he plays baseball and ice hockey. This summer, JJ helped Team Central Mass win the Gold Medal in baseball at the Bay State Games. At BVT, he is a member of DECA and the Aviation Club. He volunteers with Miracle League Baseball, Nipmuc Youth Baseball, Youth in Action Catholic Charities and is a USA Hockey registered volunteer student coach. JJ plans on studying engineering in college. 
A fun fact is that New England Baseball Journal recently named JJ as one of the Top Uncommitted Pitchers in New England for the Class of 2026. 

Faith MacDonald

Nipmuc Regional High School '28

Faith MacDonald is from Mendon and is currently a sophomore at Nipmuc Regional High School. She is apart of the field hockey team as well as the indoor and outdoor track teams. Faith is involved in several clubs including DECA, Best Buddies, Active Minds, and Jr Warriors club. She has participated in the Bay State Games field hockey showcase in 2024 and 2025, helping her team earn gold in 2024, and silver in 2025. She hopes to play field hockey in college, and a fun fact about her is that she was born in New York!

Emilia MacPherson

Emilia MacPherson is from Hingham, where she is a senior at Hingham High School. She has been a competitive figure skater for 11 years and has competed in the Bay State Games Figure Skating Competition for 5 years. At school, she is am a part of the generations connect and Business pathways clubs and she also coaches Learn to Skate as a Junior US Figure Skating coach at her skating club
In college, Emilia hopes to study and major in Business. Emilia has qualified for the US Figure Skating Excel national festival in 2024 and 2025, and this past year she was ranked 3rd in the country for the junior women excel level!

Tess Madden is from Hanover, Massachusetts, and she plays volleyball! Tess hs been an ambassador for one year already and has competed twice in the Bay State Summer Games. She is a senior at Hanover High School and will continue to play collegiate volleyball at the University of New England, where she plans to major in Sports Management and minor in Sports Media. Tess is also in many extra-curriculars, including club volleyball, DECA, SADD, Student Council, Community Service club, and National Honor Society. A fun fact about Tess is that she is missing a tooth!

Ella Marzullo

Ella Marzullo is from Franklin and is a junior at Franklin High School. She plays field hockey and participates in winter track and field for her school. She has played club field hockey for Premier Field Hockey Club for 8 years. Ella played on the Southeast team in the 2024 and 2025 Field Hockey Showcase. In 2024 the Southeast team won the silver medal and in 2025 the team won the gold medal. She committed to play D1 field hockey at Merrimack College this fall and is looking forward to continuing to play at the collegiate level. In the summer, Ella is a camp counselor at the YMCA and works with 1st graders. A few fun facts about Ella are that she has been playing field hockey since 1st grade, refs for her town recreation department, and loves the beach and country music.

Mackenzie Matzdorff is from Braintree Massachusetts and is a freshman at Braintree High School. She is a part of student council at Braintree High and did many things at her middle school such as theater, video news channel, Ambassadors club, and student council. Mackenzie does competitive figure skating where she is on a team and does solo events. She has competed with South Shore Skating Club in both summer and winter games of 2025! Mackenzie is currently interested in going to college for TV journalism and to continue figure skating!

Tayla McDuff is from Wrentham and is a junior at King Philip Regional High School. She plays both field and ice hockey for her school, and has played club field hockey for Patriot Field Hockey Club for 5 years. She played on the Southeast team in the 2024 and 2025 Field Hockey Showcase, helping her team win a silver and gold medal. In the future, Tayla hopes to play field hockey at a collegiate level and get a degree in accounting and minor in international business. In her free time, Tayla enjoys running, listening to music, and spending time with her family. A fun fact about Tayla is that she loves country music.

Charlise Meier

 Wakefield Memorial High School '26

Charlise Meier is a senior at Wakefield high school. She hs competed in the BSG Summer and Winter games for figure skating in both 2024 and 2025! This is her second year as a Bay State Games High School Ambassador. Charlise is from Wakefield MA and hopes to study veterinary medicine in college and one day go to vet school! At her school, she is the vice president of the National Art Honors Society, member National Honors society, and President of the Environmental Advocacy club.

Logan Millet

Ware Junior-Senior High School '28

Logan Millet is from Ware Massachusetts, and is currently a sophomore at Ware Junior-Senior High School. Logan plays basketball and baseball and has been playing baseball for almost 14 years now, starting when he was 2 years old. Logan also used to play football in 7th and 8th grade. This coming summer will be Logan's second year participating in the Bay State Summer Games Baseball Tournament. Last year he was on the West team, placing second. A fun fact about Logan is that he used to played soccer, until he was 10.

Elizabeth Moore is a part of the class of 2027 at Peabody Veterans Memorial High School. She played in the Bay State Games field hockey summer tournament last year on Metro-Northeast. Elizabeth is the class secretary for my class, and enjoys taking early childhood education at her school. 

Madelyn Moreau

Monson High School '27

Madelyn Moreau is from Monson and attends Monson High School, where she will graduate in 2027. A dedicated student-athlete, Madelyn has been a member of the Monson Dolphins Parks & Recreation swim team since kindergarten. She currently competes at the varsity level in Swimming, Cross Country, and Track & Field, and serves as Co-Captain of her varsity Swim Team. She participated in the Bay State Summer Games for Swimming, where she won Bronze in the 15-18 200 Free. She will go on to compete nationally in the Summer of 2026. Beyond athletics, Madelyn is an active leader at Monson High School. She is a member of National Honors Society, serves on Student Council, and was elected Class President for the 2024-2025 school year. Additionally, she contributes to her community and gains leadership experience through Project 351, a Massachusetts youth-led non-profit. Looking ahead, Madelyn hopes to one day work for a major sports team and plans to pursue her education at the college level in sports management, business operations, marketing, or community outreach to help achieve that goal. A fun fact about Madelyn is that she has been on the Jumbotron at a Phillies game.

Avery Motta

BMC Durfee High School '27

Avery Motta is a sophomore at B.M.C. Durfee High School in Fall River, MA. She competes in both field hockey and track and field as a varsity athlete, and has participated in the BSG Field Hockey Showcase for the past two years (2023 and 2024), earning both a gold and a bronze medal. Throughout the school year, Avery is actively involved in extracurriculars, including Class President freshman and sophomore year. She is a member of Yearbook Club, as well as an MIAA Student Ambassador. Outside of school, Avery participates in club field hockey for Allegiance. In the future, she intends on competing in either field hockey and/or track and field at the collegiate level, and hopes to work in major sports leagues (NFL, NBA, etc.) as a sports agent or sports journalist. Hannah Murphy

Cushing Academy '27

Hannah Murphy is from Charlton. She is a sophomore at Cushing Academy where she is a two-sport student athlete. Hannah plays on the Varsity soccer and Varsity basketball teams. She plays on two AAU basketball teams. In addition to sports, she participates on Kindness Club, Good Deed Club, Cushing Tour guide, and. In addition, Hannah also volunteers often to the Special Olympics, youth basketball leagues and clinics, and kids fitness and basketball fitness. In the near future, I hope to play college basketball. A fun fact about me I love the beach and going shopping!

Nicole Pinheiro

Winthrop High School '26

Nicole Pinheiro is a senior at Winthrop High School. She has been a competitive figure skater for ten years and is part of The North Shore Skating Club. For over a year Nicole has competed at Bay State Games where she has qualified for the 2024 and 2026 State games of America. At school she is part of the National Honor Society, Math Club, and Health and Wellness club. One of Nicole’s favorite things is volunteering at her church and teaching the little kids about the Bible. She also enjoys volunteering at her rink helping kids with disabilities how to skate. When she graduates highschool she hopes to study psychology and continue skating in college. A fun fact about Nicole is she loves to travel and has been to Italy, Cancun, and Brazil!

Mia Pizzelli

 Hingham High School '28

Mia Pizzelli is a sophomore at Hingham high school where she plays ice hockey. She also does figure skating at South Shore Skating Club and does synchro skating at Winterland Skating Club. Mia has skated at the Bay State Games since 2024. She hopes to figure skate in college and wants to be a Contractor. Mia loves doing tournaments and competitions like the Bay State Games and is so happy to be apart of the ambassador program! And a fun fact about her is when she was only 13 she got her wisdom teeth out.

Kendall Placzek

Minnechaug Regional High School ‘28

Kendall Placzek is from Wilbraham, MA. She is a sophomore at Minnechaug Regional High School. She has been playing field hockey for over 7 years, while also playing competitive lacrosse. Kendall played in the 2025 BSG for the West region. Additionally Kendall enjoys volunteering during her free time. When she is not playing field hockey or lax, she teaches Sunday school to preschoolers at church while also helping out at the local food pantry. Kendall aspires to attend college to study sports medicine or physical therapy. Her dream is to pursue a future playing field hockey beyond high school. A fun fact about Kendall is she enjoys taking sports photography. 

Emmalynn Proia

Havehill High School '27

Emmalynn Proia is from Haverhill MA, and attends Haverhill High School as a member of the class of 2027. She participates in varsity cross country, indoor track and softball. She have played in Bay State Games softball for three years for the Northeast team. A future goal that Emmalynn has is to play softball in college while majoring and getting a job in either architecture or design engineering.

Sloane Roberts is a freshman at Acton Boxborough Regional High School. She has been participating in the Bay State Games for two years now, and she loves the community that Bay State Games has brought her. In the past couple of years, Sloane has competed in swimming, which is her main sport. Her favorite time of year is when she get to compete in the Bay State Games games, and she hopes that more people get to experience it as well. Sloane am going to graduate in the year 2029, and is hoping to get the opportunity to swim in college.

Anthony Sateriale

Dedham High School '27

Anthony Sateriale is from Dedham, MA and is a sophomore at Dedham High School. He plays wrestling and football. In his freshman year, Anthony was the running back on the DHS Football Varsity team. He is a committed wrestler and has been wrestling since the age of 5. He is a 2018 State Wrestling Champion. He is the 2025 Sectional Wrestling Champion for D3C. He placed at all the In-Season wrestling tournaments including Marlboro, Framingham, Belmont, Weymouth, Summer Nationals in Atlantic City, and Bay State National Games. He took 1st Place at Off-Season wrestling tournaments including twice at the WarDogs tournament, the July 4th Bash, the Revolution tournament, and the Providence Rhode Island Takedown tournament. He placed in the Off-Season New England Fall classic tournament, the Boston Legion Springtime Showdown tournament, the East Coast Clash tournament, King of the Mat tournament, and many other tournaments. Anthony helps coach the Dedham Youth Wrestling Team and volunteers at various Dedham Town events to help his community. Anthony hopes to continue to wrestle at the collegiate level while pursuing a degree in Engineering. A fun fact about Anthony is that he was carried in the arms of the famous tight-end for the Patriots Football Team, Rob Gronkowski, when he was 4 years old.

Aine Scanlan

Hanover High School '26

A senior at Hanover High School, Aine is a competitive figure skater, competing in Bay State Games since 2019. Working on her US Figure Skating Pre-Gold Skating Skills and Pre-Silver Singles (Free Skate), Aine skates for Pilgrim Skating Club. At HHS, Aine is a National Honor Society member, TriM Music Honor Society member, drum major leading the Pride of Hanover Marching Band, plays oboe in the concert band, participates in the Yearbook Club, is on the Varsity Debate Team and is participating in HHS Model UN’s inaugural season. Aine also plays oboe in New England Conservatory’s Youth Philharmonic Orchestra. Last summer, Aine performed in New England Conservatory’s Summer Orchestra Institute with musicians from around the globe. Aine hopes to continue with figure skating and music performance while attending college majoring in Biology. A fun fact about Aine is she has a twin brother named Patrick and enjoys time with her dog Alfie.

Zoe Smallman

Weston High School '26

Zoe Smallman is a senior at Weston High School and has played for the Girls Varsity Volleyball team since 9th grade. She started playing volleyball as an 8th grader and has played for national teams during her club seasons. Zoe participated in the Bay State Summer Games and had the most amazing time competing with and against some of the best in the area! Zoe also has coached volleyball and loves playing beach volleyball when she’s not on the hard court. In addition, Zoe is active in her community and at school, volunteering for various organizations and events and serving on Student Council, as a Student Ambassador for new and incoming high school students, and as the Co-Editor-in-Chief for her school newspaper. A couple of fun facts about Zoe is that she got to play volleyball in Florence and Venice, Italy and wants to study International Relations in college.  

Elena Sobran

Dartmouth High School '26

Elena is a senior at Dartmouth High School where she plays volleyball and sails competitively. She has been playing volleyball for seven years and was selected as a New-England Region USAV 17U All-Star this past summer where she competed in the USA Volleyball All-Star Championships in Madison, Wisconsin. This past summer she also represented the Coastal Region volleyball team at Baystate Games, earning bronze. In addition to sports, Elena plays the viola and is extremely passionate about music, recognized in her acceptance to the Tri-M Music Honor Society last year and her participation in three local orchestras plus an all-female string quartet. She also is a member of National Honors Society, Multi-Cultural Club, Debate Club, her school's Black Student Union, and her school's newspaper. Outside of school, Elena volunteers at her local animal shelter and is an English tutor. After graduating, Elena intends on playing volleyball at the collegiate level and becoming an immigration lawyer. A fun fact about her is that she was once stuck in an elevator in Valencia, Spain with ten people, and their instruments, for two hours.

Spencer Tran is a sophomore at Andover High school, class of 2028 and an Epee fencer. He has fenced for 3 years and continues to do so in under 16 and under 20 events. Spencer competed in the Bay State Games last year and will continue to do so. In addition, Spencer volunteers regularly and runs track and field in the 400 meter and the 200 meter. A fun fact about Spencer is that he enjoys traveling and exploring different cultures around the world.

Lexington High School '27

Justin Wang is a Lexington High School Junior and a dedicated Epee fencer, with notable achievements including 3rd place at the 2025 USA Fencing Junior Olympics in Cadet and 2nd place in the Senior Men's Epee at the 2024 Bay State Games. Beyond the fencing strip, Justin applies his programming and AI skills to develop mobile and web applications to assist those in need and support his local community. He also enjoys writing and serves as an editor for his high school newspaper. As founder of Helpful Hands, a youth community service program, he has organized clothing drives for local homeless shelters for the past five years. A fun fact about Justin is that he enjoys raising pet chickens. 

Juliette Winston

Newton North High School '28

Juliette Winston is a sophomore at Newton North High School. She has been figure skating for 12 years and playing field hockey for 9 years. She is involved in her school’s honors jazz program and has been playing the trombone for 6 years. She is currently an ISI freestyle 6 skater. Juliette currently skates for the Center Skating Academy at the New England Sports Center. She competes in synchronized skating and theater on ice with her team. She competed in figure skating at the Bay State Winter Games in 2020, 2023, and 2024, and skated in the Bay State Games Exhibition Show in 2024. Juliette plays goalie for the Newton North varsity field hockey team. She enjoys working at her local skating rinks as a Learn to Skate instructor. Juliette also works at the Newton Youth Field Hockey Clinic run at her school in the fall.

Grace Wood is from Haverhill Massachusetts and a member of the class of 2027 at Haverhill High School. She plays Volleyball, Basketball and Lacrosse but participates in Bay State Games for Basketball as it the sport she mainly focuses on! Grace is going into her third high school season for basketball while it being her second year as Captain of the team! Grace hopes to become a Nurse one day! Marisa Yee lives in Revere, Massachusetts and is a freshman at the Newman School in Boston. She is an ambassador for the Newman School, which includes giving school tours and meeting with prospective students and families. Marisa is a competitive figure skater and has participated in the Bay State Games in figure skating for four years. She enjoyed volunteering at a local farmers' market this past summer. Alysa Zhang

Winchester High School '27

Alysa Zhang is a junior at Winchester High School and is a nationally ranked figure skater. She took up figure skating eleven years ago and has competed in the Bay State Games annually since 2021. In addition, she competed at the State Games of America for the first time in 2024 to represent the Bay State, bringing home a gold medal. At school, her favorite classes are chemistry and web design. Baking pastries and working out are her favorite activities in her free time. She enjoys giving skating advice to others and hopes to gain coaching experience at her local rinks!
