Entry Fee: $800

** You do NOT need to know your team members before you register. Sign up now to reserve your spot in the tournament and the team contact will receive information later to fill out your roster with individual players when the date of the tournament gets closer. 


Registration Deadline: February 15, 2024 or when all spots filled (each division is capped at 4 teams) 



A team captain will register the team as a whole. As CAPTAIN, enter your personal info, your Team Name and Secret Team Code, then pay the entry fee for your team. As team CAPTAIN, you are registered. However, each GROUP MEMBER must also register for the event.


A link for the TEAM MEMBERS to register will be included in your registration confirmation email for you to forward to your TEAM. They should select the TEAM MEMBER registration category, select your team name and enter the secret code you have designated.


If you are a parent/guardian entering several forms for each of your family TEAM MEMBERS, after you register yourself as CAPTAIN, then use the option to enter ANOTHER FORM for each team MEMBER you are registering.  

Each division will have a maximum of four teams. Registration for the tournament is on a first-come, first-serve basis.


All ages are as of December 31, 2024

  • 50+ Division: All players must be age 50 or older
  • 60+ Division: All players must be age 60 or older

*In the 60+ division, goalies may be 55+ 

*In the 50+ division, goalies may be 45+ 


Players can play down a division, but CANNOT play up a division

  • All teams play a minimum of three games during the weekend
  • All games you play count towards overall record
  • Winners play for the Gold Medal

  • Tournament is open to all players, regardless of whether or not they are a Massachusetts resident.
  • Maximum of 16 players per team (including goalie).
  • All games in your pool will count towards your overall record.
  • NO checking and NO slap shots allowed in any divisions.
