Bay State Games and Massachusetts Army National Guard Announce Partnership Expansion
Bay State Games is excited to announce an expansion to their partnership with MA Army National Guard as the presenting sponsor of the 2025 Bay State Games Wrestling tournament and a supporter of many additional sports.
The 2025 Bay State Summer Games Wrestling Competition Presented by Massachusetts Army National Guard will take place Saturday, July 12 at Game On in Fitchburg. Wrestling athletes who finish in the top 3 will be awarded a special custom medal unique from other BSG medals. A new 2025 Bay State Summer Games Commander's Cup Presented by MA Army National Guard trophy will be presented at the conclusion of the tournament to the top performing club. MA Army National Guard will be onsite throughout the wrestling competition, which coincides with numerous Bay State Games tournaments at Game On in Fitchburg on the same day.
MA Army National Guard will be onsite at various competitions for many fun and informative activations. Events they will be present at include Trap Shooting on Saturday, May 17 at North Leominster Rod & Gun Club in Lunenburg; Soccer, Field Hockey, Volleyball, Wrestling, and Archery on Saturday, July 12 at Game On in Fitchburg; Track & Field on Saturday, July 19 at Regis College in Weston; and Rugby on Saturday, July 26 at Union Point Sports Complex in Weymouth.
“We are thrilled to expand our partnership in 2025 with the MA Army National Guard and are looking forward to the many ways they will enhance the overall athlete and spectator experience during the 2025 Bay State Summer Games,” said Bay State Games Director of Operations, Alanis Tirabassi. “Through this partnership we will be able to incorporate some new and exciting activations, promotions, and awards through many of the Bay State Summer Games events with a focal point on the 2025 Wrestling competition and the weekend at Game On in Fitchburg.”
