The Bay State Games Jacket returns thanks to Marathon Sports

Bay State Games is excited to announce a new partnership with Marathon Sports as the presenting sponsor of the 2024 athlete gift. Thanks to this partnership, Bay State Games is pleased to announce the return of the Bay State Games Jacket. The award item aims to bring back some nostalgia for Bay State Games athletes who have competed throughout the 1980s, 1990s, and early 2000s.

“The Bay State Games athlete jacket has been a treasured memento of participation for generations of athletes dating back to the inception of the Games in 1982. It has been several years since we have been able to present jackets to honor our participants and the many volunteers that make the Games possible,” said Kevin Cummings, Executive Director of the Bay State Games. “We are extremely grateful to Marathon Sports for coming on board as a sponsor in 2024 and bringing back the tradition of presenting jackets to Bay State Games participants, coaches, and officials.” 

The partnership will help ensure that Bay State Games constituents receive a quality item that they can proudly wear as a symbol of their athletic accomplishments. Any medal winner, showcase finalist, official, and volunteer will receive the 2024 Bay State Summer Games Jacket presented by Marathon Sports.
