2026-2027 HIGH SCHOOL AMBASSADORS

Willow Andree is from Swansea, Massachusetts, where she attends Joseph Case High as a member of the class of 2029! She plays volleyball and participated in the Bay State Games in 2025 and 2026 for the Coastal region. Willow hopes to attend a high-ranking academic school in college and major in marketing. A fun fact about Willow is that she did martial arts for 9 years!

Lily Arevalo is a junior at Westford Academy. This is her third year doing the ambassador program and fourth year playing field hockey in the Bay State Summer Games. She plays on the varsity team at Westford Academy and also plays club field hockey. Lily has been playing field hockey for almost 10 years. Some activities she is involved in at school are Best Buddies and Unified Track! She hopes to play field hockey in college. A fun fact about Lily is that I was born with a birthmark in my right eye.

Breanna Aveiro is from Attleboro, MA, and is a member of the class of 2028 at Attleboro High School. She plays field hockey at AHS and for Patriot FH Club. Breanna also competes on her high school track and field team. She has participated in Bay State Games since 2024, representing Coastal. Outside of sports, she is a member of the Future Focus Club and Leo Club. Breanna plans to attend college and major in biomedical engineering while continuing to play field hockey. A fun fact about Breanna is that she has played field hockey since second grade and has three dogs: Olive, Henry, and Gus. 

Cheyenne Bartolone is from Tewksbury, Massachusetts, where she is a senior at Tewksbury Memorial High School. Cheyenne is a figure skater for North Shore Skating Club and is going into her tenth year of figure skating. She has competed in Bay State Games since 2019, and in the summer of 2024 she attended the State Games of America in California and took two gold medals home. Cheyenne also enjoys playing field hockey and is on the varsity team at her hometown high school. Cheyenne also enjoys helping kids learn how to skate. She will be graduating from Tewksbury High School in 2027. In her future, she hopes to go to college. Cheyenne loves spending time with her friends and family, making memories, and going to the beach.

Emilia Berrena is from Goshen, MA, and is a freshman at Hampshire Regional High School, where she plays soccer and runs spring track. She has been playing soccer since she was four and has played goalkeeper since she was eight. In the summer of 2026, Emilia competed on the West Red Soccer team at the Bay State Games, where the team won a silver medal. She also plays for Intercontinental Futbal Academy (IFA West). Outside of school and soccer, Emilia enjoys volunteering with her town’s recreation soccer program, helping young players learn the basics of soccer and goalkeeping. After high school, Emilia hopes to play soccer in college and join the military. A fun fact about Emilia is that she loves going to the beach and concerts with her friends!

Averie Bissell is from Groton, Massachusetts, and is currently a Junior at Groton-Dunstable Regional High School. She will graduate in 2028. Averie plays on her school’s varsity Field Hockey team, varsity Lacrosse team as a captain, and varsity Basketball team. She participated in the 2026 Bay State Games Field Hockey Showcase on the Central team. She is also a member of the Chamber choir and Music Honor Society. Averie hopes to play collegiate field hockey at the D3 level. One fun fact about her is that she loves to bake cookies. 

Violet Brown is from Walpole, MA, and is currently a sophomore at Notre Dame Academy in Hingham, Class of 2029. She is on the varsity field hockey and varsity softball teams and is a liturgical dancer. At NDA, Violet looks forward to becoming involved in clubs and community service projects. Last summer, Violet played in Bay State Games as a returning player on the Southeast field hockey team, and she was awarded the Dick's Bay State Games Sportsmanship Award. Violet has played club field hockey for the past 8 years and currently plays at True Grit FHC. Violet hopes to play collegiate field hockey and is interested in a career in civics and law. A fun fact about Violet is that she loves to read!

Johnny Carra is from Agawam, Massachusetts, and is a junior at Agawam High School. He plays center defensive midfield for his school team and for IFA club soccer. Johnny has competed in Bay State Games soccer for West for the past two years, winning gold in 2025 and silver in 2026. His high school team reached the Elite Eight of the state tournament in 2025. He plans to study finance and play soccer in college. A fun fact about Johnny is that he’s into the stock market and loves going to the gym. 

Hailey Cashman is a senior at Westwood High School in Westwood, MA. She has been running both varsity track and cross country since freshman year, and she competed in her first Bay State Summer Games in 2026, winning the 800m. Hailey enjoys engaging with the running community through her coaching position with a local youth track club and running-apparel brand ambassadorship. Hailey plans to pursue Division I track at Providence College, where she plans to major in marketing.

Kaylee Charlton is a senior at Auburn High School, Auburn Massachusetts and a member of the Class of 2027. She has been playing travel softball since the age of eight and has been a member of Auburn High School’s varsity softball and field hockey teams since her freshman year.

Since 2023, Kaylee has competed in the Summer Bay State Games for softball, showcasing her dedication and passion for the sport. In addition to her athletic accomplishments, Kaylee enjoys giving back to her community by coaching and mentoring younger softball players in her hometown of Auburn.

Kaylee is looking forward to attending UMass Dartmouth, where she will major in Public Administration and join the softball team. She is passionate about athletics, teamwork, and helping inspire the next generation of young athletes.

Chloe Christian lives in Plymouth, Massachusetts and attends Notre Dame Academy in Hingham, Massachusetts, graduating in 2027. Chloe figure skates, and has been to Bay State Summer Games in 2025 and Winter Games in 2025 and 2026. At her high school, Chloe is a Figure Skating Coach and helps incoming students adjust to high school as a Peer Mentor. She hopes to continue skating in college. Chloe also has an older brother.

Mia Ci is a 16-year-old student at Dover-Sherborn High School and a competitive figure skater who has been on the ice since she was four years old. She skates with Theatre on Ice of Boston and has won three international championships. In addition to skating, Mia recently began competing in track and field for her high school. She has participated in the Bay State Games for figure skating in 2023, 2024, 2025, and 2026. She especially enjoys chemistry and anatomy and hopes to continue her academic and athletic journey in college. A fun fact about her is that she does Model UN!

Maeve Collins is from Malden and South Boston, Massachusetts. She is a junior at Malden Catholic High School and will graduate in 2028. Maeve plays varsity volleyball and lacrosse, and also plays club lacrosse for Storm Lacrosse Club. She previously played club volleyball as well. Maeve has been part of the Bay State Games Volleyball program as a member of the Metro team for the past two years, and is serving her third year as a Bay State Games ambassador! At school, Maeve is involved in DECA and the Covenant House Club, which raises money to support homeless youth. She is also a co-founder of Hearts That Heal, a nursing club at Malden Catholic that focuses on helping others and giving back to the community. In the future, Maeve hopes to attend college and pursue a career in nursing because she is passionate about caring for others and making a difference in people’s lives. Outside of school, she enjoys spending time with friends and family. A fun fact about Maeve is that she has two cats and used to do Irish step dance!

Maeve Conlin lives in West Springfield, Massachusetts, attends Pope Francis Preparatory School, and is part of the Class of 2030. Maeve plays ice hockey and lacrosse. She is excited to be involved with the Bay State Games High School Ambassador Program. Her goal is to continue playing lacrosse at the collegiate level and stay involved in the sport throughout high school to prepare herself to achieve that goal. A fun fact about Maeve is that she loves attending concerts, reading, and spending time with her friends!

Sydney Conti is a senior at Medford High School, graduating in 2027. She is a Captain on the varsity softball team as a pitcher, third baseman, and first baseman. Throughout her time at MHS, she has been named the Greater Boston League MVP (2026), 3x GBL All Star (2024-2026), MHS Varsity MVP (2026), MHS Varsity Outstanding Player (2025) and Rookie of the Year (2024). She also plays travel ball for the NE Hurricanes 18U Ford. She played in the BSG Summer Games in 2024, 2025, and 2026 for the Metro region and was named team captain (2025, 2026). 

In addition to sports, Sydney takes many honors and AP classes and makes sure she always maintains excellent grades. When she is not on the field, Sydney loves to help coach other young girls who want to become better softball players. Sydney has goals of going far with her softball career and hopes to play in college!

Shealyn Coyle '28 is a junior from Norwood, Massachusetts, who attends Norwood High School. Shealyn participated in Bay State Games Track and Field this past summer and won a silver medal. Along with participating in Track and Field at Norwood High School, she is also a part of the school's Varsity Volleyball team. Beyond athletics, Shealyn is a member of her school's Student Council, Spirit Club, National Art Honor Society, Women's Youth Empowerment Organization, and Impact Norwood. After high school, Shealyn hopes to participate in athletics in college as well as study in the medical field. A fun fact about Shealyn is that she has a pet dog, cat, turtle, and chickens!

Addison Cutting is a senior from Shrewsbury, Massachusetts, who attends Notre Dame Academy in Worcester and has competed in varsity volleyball and golf since seventh grade. Beyond her high school teams, Addison plays club volleyball with Boston United 18 National and competes in junior golf, including representing Massachusetts on the Mass Golf Junior Intercity Team. A three-year Bay State Games Ambassador, Addison has been selected to the Central Volleyball Team for three consecutive years, received the 2024 Bay State Games Sportsmanship Award, and also competed in golf in 2026 when the sport returned to the Games.

A three-year captain in both volleyball and golf, Addison helped lead NDA volleyball to an 18–2 season, a league championship, the first volleyball championship banner in school history, and a deep MIAA state tournament run in 2025. She has earned Central Massachusetts and league All-Star honors in both sports, earned an invitation to the Under Armour NEXT All-America Volleyball program, and has advanced to the MIAA Golf Championship every year since seventh grade.

Outside of athletics, Addison is active in community service, including two years with the Shrewsbury Police Youth Academy, where she earned the Cadet Award and took on a student leadership role. After graduating in 2027, Addison hopes to continue pursuing both golf and volleyball at the collegiate level while challenging herself academically and continuing to serve her community.



Fun Fact: Addison’s dog Winni is named after Lake Winnipesaukee in New Hampshire, a place that holds a special place in her heart. 

Lucas DeGrenier is from Groveland, MA, and is a junior at Pentucket Regional High School. Lucas plays on the varsity soccer and spring track Teams at Pentucket, and he has competed in the Bay State Games for the last two Summer Games, playing soccer. He plays on the Select ECNL RL 09/10 team for club soccer. When he graduates in 2028, he hopes to continue playing soccer in college while studying sports medicine. Lucas is bilingual and loves to travel to Mexico.

Áine Deslaurier is a junior at Billerica Memorial High School. She is a three-season athlete in cross country, indoor track, and tennis. Áine is also involved in Peer Leaders, French Club, and French National Honor Society. She has been a competitive archer for the past four years through her club, OnSite Archery, and through Bay State Games. Áine will graduate in 2028 and hopes to go into Physical Therapy and Athletic Training, so she can continue working with athletes. One fun fact about Áine is that she loves to sail.

Kylah Dorval is from East Longmeadow, Massachusetts, where she attends East Longmeadow High School as a member of the graduating class of 2029. She has participated in the Bay State Games since 2025 for West Girls Soccer. She is also on the indoor and outdoor track team and is a distance runner for her high school. Kylah is a member of Key Club, Student Council, Best Buddies, Pink Ribbon Club, Medical Outreach Club, and is class president. She is also a Project 351 alum and a youth soccer coach. After high school, Kylah hopes to take the Pre-Med track and become a neurologist specializing in Angelman Syndrome because of her sister’s diagnosis. A fun fact about Kylah is that she plays the guitar.

Meher Dumir lives in Grafton, Massachusetts, and is a freshman at Grafton High School. She is a competitive figure skater and trains at North Star Figure Skating Club. She has competed in Bay State Games for the past three years, winning gold and silver medals each time at the Summer Games. At school, Meher is a part of many clubs, including Model UN, DECA, Mock Trial, Ski Club, and Blood Cancer United Visionaries. A fun fact about Meher is that she has been skiing since she was three years old and loves skiing on black diamond mountains with her family and friends!

Marina Franzese is a junior at Bishop Stang High School, located in her hometown of Dartmouth, Massachusetts. At Stang, she plays on the girls' varsity soccer team and the winter and spring track teams. Marina participated in the 800-meter race during the 2025 Bay State Games, and last summer played for the Southcoast girls soccer team. Outside of sports, she is a member of the National Honor Society at Stang, the Diversity Council, Health and Humanity Club, Catholic Athletes for Christ, and the Student Ambassador Executive Committee. After graduating from Stang, Marina hopes to become a Doctor of Physical Therapy where she can share my passion for sports and medicine with other athletes!

Hailey Gagnon is from Wakefield, MA and a junior at Northeast Metro Technical High School concentrating in early childcare. She figure skates and has competed at Bay State Games for the past several years. She also is a member of the North Shore Crystal Blades Theatre on Ice team and the Woburn Burlington Coop High School team. In her free time, she enjoys volunteering her time as a peer mentor supporting incoming freshman, working with skaters with disabilities with the special skates program and teaching learn to skate as a junior instructor. She hopes to attend college and study to be a pediatric occupational therapist.

Sydney Germain is from Chicopee, Massachusetts, where she attends Chicopee High School. She plays soccer and lacrosse and has participated in the Bay State Games for one year. Sydney is a member of the National Honor Society and plans to attend a four-year college nursing program after graduating in 2028. A fun fact about Sydney is that she loves giraffes!

Bianca Greenan is a senior from Groton, Massachusetts, attending Groton‑Dunstable Regional High School, where she has been a four‑year varsity tennis starter and a two‑year captain, as well as a varsity and club volleyball athlete with Mill City VBC. She has competed in the Bay State Games Girls Volleyball Showcase from 2023 through 2026, earning the Sportsmanship Award in 2024. Beyond athletics, Bianca serves as vice president of the National Art Honor Society and is a leader in several academic and extracurricular programs, such as tutoring. She plans to study entrepreneurship in college, combining her interests in leadership, creativity, and promotion. A fun fact about Bianca is that she enjoys following college football. As a Bay State Games Ambassador, she is excited to promote athletic opportunities, encourage participation, and represent sportsmanship across Massachusetts.

Hannah Haesaert is a junior at South Hadley High School. She competes on the varsity soccer, indoor track, and outdoor track teams. She also plays club soccer for IFA West. At the Bay State Games, Hannah competed on the bronze-winning West Girls Soccer team in 2025 and the silver-winning team in 2026. She is a member of the Yearbook Club and Best Buddies at South Hadley High. Hannah plans to attend a four-year college and study sport management. A fun fact about Hannah is that she eats the same meal before every game.

Dana Howling Wolf Keller '27 is a senior at Notre Dame Academy in Worcester. Dana has started on the volleyball team since she was a freshman and is a captain and also competes in track NDA. Dana also plays club volleyball for SLAM on their National team. Dana played on the BSG volleyball team for the Metro West in the summer of 2024 & 2026 and earned the Sportsmanship Award in 2026 and was named Female Bay State Games 2026 Youth Athlete of the Year. Dana participates in several clubs at NDA, volunteers at the Shrewsbury Public Library, Shrewsbury Special Olympics and is very active at her church. Dana is originally from the Fort Berthold Indian Reservation of North Dakota, is a former foster child and is Native American. Dana lives in Shrewsbury with her parents who are both former college athletes.

Dana is committed to play college volleyball at University of Saint Joseph in West Hartford, CT where she will study nursing and criminal justice in her goal of becoming a forensic nurse.

Pengyu is currently a junior at Brookline High School. He has competed in Bay State Games for the past three years on the Metro Boys Soccer team, which has been a highlight of his summers. Pengyu currently plays club soccer and wrestled for two years. He is in the DECA Club at his high school and looks forward to competing in business competitions. Outside of school, Pengyu enjoys making food, hanging out with friends, and practicing. He recently picked up chess as a hobby and finds it interesting how many ways a game can end and the lead-up to those endings.

Christa Iacopucci is currently a junior and attends Malden Catholic High School and will graduate in 2028. She figure skates at North Shore Skating Club in Reading Massachusetts. She has been skating for 7 years, and has grown to love it more and more each day. She competes individually and nationally on the Theater on Ice team, The Crystal Blades. Christa participated in 2023 Winter and Summer Games, and 2024 Summer Games. At school, she participates in a few clubs, her favorite one being Media Club. In her future, Christa hopes to study nursing. A fun fact about her is that she loves listening to Gracie Abrams and Lizzy McAlp.

Sydney Johnson is from Boston, MA. She attends school at the John D. O'Bryant School in Roxbury and will graduate in 2029. She has played softball since she was 10 and recently became the varsity soccer goalie. She played softball in the Bay State Games last summer, representing the Metro team. She is a member of The Academy Group Boston and participates in the ASA (African Student Association) at school. She hopes to attend college after high school and plans to play college softball. She has interests in sports management, real estate, finance, and business, and is open to exploring many more opportunities.

Kaelyn Kerr is a junior at Billerica Memorial High School and will graduate with the class of 2028. Kaelyn has been swimming for 10 years and is currently swimming with United Swim Club. She has competed in Bay State Games for the past 4 years and has qualified for the State Games of America twice. Outside of the pool, Kaelyn is involved in Peer Leaders, DECA, and SNHS. After high school, she hopes to swim in college and study architecture.

Alexis “Lexi” LaCarubba is from Stoneham, Massachusetts, and is a freshman at Austin Preparatory School, where she will graduate in 2030. She is a competitive figure skater with North Shore Skating Club and has participated in both the Winter and Summer Bay State Games, competing in 2024, 2025, and 2026, as well the State Games of America. Lexi also volunteers with her club’s Learn to Skate program, helping young skaters build their skills and confidence on the ice. Outside of skating, she enjoys volleyball, choir, theater, and dance, and loves baking, especially cupcakes.

Addison Lang is from Kingston, MA. She is currently a Senior at Silver Lake Regional High School and has been skating since she was 1.5 years old. Addison has competed at both the Winter and Summer Bay State Games for 10 years. She also competed at the State Games of America in Lynchburg, Virginia, in 2019. She placed 4th in Pre-Juvenile Girls. Addison is a member of the Bourne Skating Club and is a USFS Skating Skills Gold medalist. She is working towards passing her Skills Gold test before she graduates. At school, Addison is a member of the National Honor Society, Student Council, and the e-board of the Best Buddies program. She plans to attend college next year in hopes of studying in the field of business. A fun fact about Addison is that she is coached by her Mimi and her mom.

Fiona Lee is a sophomore at Silver Lake Regional High School and is part of the class of 2029. She lives in Kingston, Massachusetts and figure skates for South Shore Skating Club. At school, Fiona is a part of drama club, student council, as well as concert and marching band where she plays the flute. She competed in the 2026 Winter Bay State Games and has been skating for about 7 years. In college, she hopes to continue figure skating competitively. 

Sabrina Li is a junior at Sharon High School and lives in Sharon, Massachusetts. This is her twelfth year figure skating and she has competed in the Bay State Games since 2018. A member of the Act 1 Theatre on Ice of Boston team and Lexettes9 Synchro, Sabrina has achieved several national and international titles. Outside of the rink, Sabrina is the co-president of her school's Economics Club and participates in clubs like DECA, Investment Club, and Tri-M Music Honors Society. A fun fact about Sabrina is that she knows morse code!

Ella Liu is from Braintree, Massachusetts, and is a junior at Braintree High School. She is a figure skater with the Commonwealth Figure Skating Club and competes on Team Excel Synchronized Skating out of the Skating Club of Boston. Ella has earned two Eastern Sectional Synchronized Skating titles at the Preliminary and Juvenile levels and has competed in the Bay State Games since 2023. She has attended the State Games of America in California and Pennsylvania and is excited to be part of the Bay State Games Ambassador Program!

Bridget Loughlin is a sophomore at Agawam High School in Agawam, Massachusetts, where she plays field hockey and competes in track and field. In her first year participating in the Bay State Games, Bridget helped her team earn a silver medal. Her passion for field hockey extends beyond the field, as she officiates youth games, plays for Worcester County United, and hopes to continue playing at the collegiate level.

Bridget aspires to become a psychologist and is dedicated to promoting the importance of physical and mental health among students and athletes in her community, as the leader of Agawam’s Morgan’s Message chapter. In addition to her athletic commitments, she contributes to her school’s athletics promotions and newsletter team, serves as a peer mediator, and was selected as one of only two freshmen to participate as a Circle Keeper leader. Fun fact: Outside of school and sports, Bridget loves all genres of music and attends as many concerts as she can!

Alexis Maeder is from Northbridge, Massachusetts, and is a junior in the class of 2028 at Blackstone Valley Regional Vocational Technical High School. She plays field hockey and softball for school and plays travel field hockey for Worcester County United Field Hockey Academy. For the past 2 years, she has attended the Bay State Summer Games field hockey competition as part of the Central Team; she earned a silver medal her first year and a gold medal this past year. At her school, she is deeply involved in leadership and is an integral part of school culture: Student Council, Executive Board member as Junior Representative, School Council as 1 of 2 Student Representatives, Morgan Message Ambassador and club secretary, LEO Club, and class president her sophomore year. After high school, she plans to study sport psychology and mindfulness practices to enhance the performance of college athletes all over the world and hopes to expose herself to new experiences. A fun fact about Alexis is that her favorite vacation spot is Cape Cod, especially West Dennis Beach.

Mackenzie Matzdorff lives in Braintree, Massachusetts. She is a sophomore and will graduate in 2029. Mackenzie is a competitive figure skater and has competed in Bay State Games since 2023. She is part of her school's Bridges program, Hidden Opponent, and once was on student council. She hopes to continue skating and competing in figure skating throughout her college career and go somewhere close to home but not too close. A fun fact about Mackenzie is that she used to play soccer and dance.

Alice McDonald is a junior from Weymouth, MA, attending Newton North High School. She figure skates at South Shore Skating Club and is a black belt in karate at Dynamic Martial Arts. Alice also plays for the Newton North Girls Golf team. She has competed in the Bay State Games since the 2025 Winter Games and has participated in every summer and winter figure skating event since. Alice wants to continue skating in college and study psychology. A fun fact about Alice is that she is an Irish citizen. 

Kaelyn Modder is from Scituate, Massachusetts, where she attends Scituate High School as a member of the Class of 2029. She plays field hockey, tennis, and ice hockey, participates in Bay State Games for the Southeast region, and plays for North East Elite (NEE) Field Hockey. Outside of sports, Kaelyn is the founder and president of her school's Go Gold Club, which raises awareness for childhood cancer. Kaelyn's goal is to play field hockey in college, continue improving as an athlete, and challenge herself academically. A fun fact about Kaelyn is that she loves spending time with her family and being near the water!

Madelyn Moreau is from Monson and attends Monson High School, where she is a senior graduating in 2027. A dedicated student-athlete, Madelyn has been a member of the Monson Dolphins Parks & Recreation swim team since kindergarten. She currently competes at the varsity level in Swimming and Track & Field, and serves as Co-Captain of her Varsity Swim Team. She participated in the Bay State Summer Games for Swimming in 2025 and 2026. She competed nationally this past summer. Beyond athletics, Madelyn is an active leader at Monson High School. She is Vice president of the National Honors Society chapter, and serves on her school's Student Council. Additionally, she contributes to her community and gains leadership experience through Project 351, a Massachusetts youth-led non-profit. Looking ahead, Madelyn hopes to one day work for a major sports team and plans to pursue her education at the college level in sports marketing to help achieve that goal. A fun fact about Madelyn is that she is an intern with the Springfield Thunderbirds for the full 2026-2027 season.

Brenna Moreno is a student at Granby Junior Senior High School and will graduate in 2027. She is a three-sport student-athlete who plays soccer, basketball, and lacrosse. Brenna has participated in the Bay State Games in soccer and basketball for many years. Outside of sports, she is involved in National Honor Society, is student council vice president, serves on the MIAA Advisory Council, and serves as class president. Brenna is passionate about leadership, being involved in her community, and balancing academics with athletics. In the future, she hopes to attend MIT and pursue aerospace or mechanical engineering, with the ultimate goal of becoming an astronaut. A fun fact about Brenna is that she loves to build Legos!

Avery Motta is a senior at B.M.C. Durfee High School in Fall River, Massachusetts, and is a four-year varsity field hockey player and captain. Outside of field hockey, she serves as Student Body President, National Honor Society President, and is a member of the Massachusetts Attorney General's Youth Council, among a host of other roles. Avery has been a Bay State Games Ambassador since her freshman year, and has participated in the Bay State Summer Games on numerous occasions. In her free time, Avery enjoys spending time with family, watching football, and exploring nature. She has written and published two books — a science children’s book titled “The Adventures of Ollie the Oxygen Molecule,” and a teen and young adult action/romance novel titled “In The Game.” Avery has many passions and interests, and would love to become a lawyer and work within the fields of sports, entertainment, and politics.

Hannah Murphy is a senior at Cushing Academy. She resides in Charlton, MA. This is her fourth year in the ambassador program. She plays on varsity soccer and basketball at Cushing Academy. Hannah has been playing basketball since she was five years old. She competed in the Bay State Games Basketball for the Central region. Outside of sports, she is a Cushing Tour Guide, Class Representative, Kindness Club member, and Special Olympics volunteer. Hannah loves helping younger athletes enjoy sports as much as she does. She plans to play collegiate basketball. A fun fact about Hannah is that she loves spending time at the beach.

Reese O'Keefe is from West Bridgewater and is in the class of 2028 at West Bridgewater High School. She plays field hockey year-round and competes in track during the spring. Reese competed in her first Bay State Games last summer. Outside of school, she participates in many clubs and societies such as National Honor Society, Spanish Honor Society, Environmental Club, DECA, Active Minds as a class advisor and communicator, and serves on student council. In the future, Reese plans to go to a four-year college.

Nyla Palmer is from Salem, Massachusetts, and is a junior at Essex North Shore Agricultural & Technical School in Danvers, where she participates in winter and spring track and field. Nyla participated in the 2025 Bay State Games for track and field, placing third in both the 100m and 200m. She is also involved in HOSA and Student Council. A fun fact about Nyla is that she loves working with young children and started her own student-led initiative. Nyla graduates in 2028 and plans to attend college and pursue her dream of becoming a pediatrician.

Mia Pizzelli attends Hingham High School. She figure skates and plays ice hockey. I have figure skated with Baystate Games for three years. She is part of the graduating class of 2028. Mia hopes to study engineering and biomechanics in her future education. A fun fact about Mia is that she got her wisdom teeth removed when she was thirteen!

Kenley Poirier lives in Upton, Massachusetts, and is a sophomore at Nipmuc Regional High School, Class of 2029. Kenley has been a member of the Nipmuc Varsity Field Hockey team since her freshman year. She participated in her first Bay State Games this summer, playing field hockey for Central and helped bring home a gold medal. Along with field hockey, Kenley also participates in indoor and outdoor track, where she runs the mile and the 4 by 800. She is Vice President of the Nipmuc Junior Coyotes club that raises funds for her school's athletic department. She is also on the elected board for Best Buddies and is involved in Champions 101, DECA, and Active Minds. Kenley plans to major in both Elementary and Special Education. A fun fact about Kenley is that she loves traveling and trying new things!

Saige Racofsky is from Gloucester, attends Essex Technical and Agricultural High School, and is a class officer. She participated for one year in the Bay State Games as a member of the Northeast softball team. Saige hopes to play softball in college while minoring in music so she can continue playing guitar.

Luisa Rizzo is from Marshfield, Massachusetts, and is a sophomore at Marshfield High School graduating in 2029. She is a competitive figure skater for Silver Blades and a member of the high school gymnastics team. She has participated in the Bay State Games for a year. Luisa plays clarinet in my high school’s concert band and participates in AFS club. She hopes to continue figure skating in college and compete on a college synchro team. Luisa wants to obtain a degree in the medical field when she goes to college. A fun fact about Luisa is that she is super flexible. 

Noelani Rodriguez is from Springfield, Massachusetts, where she attends Springfield Central High School and is expected to graduate in 2028. Noelani plays varsity basketball and soccer and is also a member of the Mass Rivals AAU basketball team. The 2026 season was her first year participating in the Bay State Games. Outside of sports, Noelani is involved in BSU, a club at her school, and enjoys helping younger athletes develop their skills. In the future, she hopes to attend college and pursue a career in medicine, with the goal of becoming an anesthesiologist. Noelani loves spending time with her friends and family, traveling, and making memories through sports and new experiences.

Arianna Roy is from Lynnfield, MA, and is a junior at Lynnfield High School. She has been competitively figure skating for 8 years at the North Shore Skating Club and also with her high school team, Pioneers Figure Skating, for 2 years. She has been competing at Bay State Games since 2022 and has attended both the Winter and Summer Games multiple times. She will be graduating from Lynnfield High School in 2028, and she hopes to attend college and study exercise sciences as well as continue her skating career collegiately. Eventually, she hopes to pursue a career in physical therapy, and she also would like to become a professional skating coach in the future. A fun fact about Ari is that she loves to go to the movies, the beach, and concerts with her friends!

Isabelle Stanley is a junior at Northbridge High School in Northbridge, Massachusetts, where she plays field hockey and softball. She plans to study Early Childhood Education in college while continuing her field hockey career.  Isabelle has competed in the Bay State Games for the past three years, helping Central earn two gold medals and one silver medal. This fall, she reached an impressive milestone by recording her 100th career point in field hockey. She currently plays for Worcester County United. Beyond athletics, Isabelle serves on Northbridge High School’s Student Council Executive Board and has been the Class of 2028’s historian for the past three years.  A fun fact about Isabelle: she has been playing both field hockey and softball since she was five years old!

Ava Svirskiy is from Ashland, Massachusetts, and is a senior at Ashland High School. She is a figure skater and has competed in Bay State Games figure skating competitions five of the past seven years. Ava founded an animal welfare club at her high school that raises funds and resources for local animal shelters. Ava also volunteers at the Make-A-Wish club at her high school and has been to Florida three times for the Give Kids The World trip, which focuses on volunteering in a living community for wish granting for kids with terminal illness. She is a student council member and a peer leader who helps the upcoming freshmen get comfortable at Ashland High School. A fun fact about Ava is that she has traveled to nine countries.

Kalani Texeira is from Plymouth, Massachusetts, and attends Plymouth North High School, graduating in 2030. She is a figure skater and has participated in Bay State Winter and Summer Games for three years, getting on the podium at every competition. She is a part of the biomedical science program, and she aspires to study medicine in college. When Kalani is not skating, she loves to go to the gym or play volleyball.

Spencer Tran is a junior at Andover High school, class of 2028 and an Epee fencer. He has fenced for 4 years and continues to do so in under 16 and under 20 events. Spencer has competed in the Bay State Games and will continue to do so. In addition, Spencer volunteers regularly and runs track and field in the 400 meter and the 200 meter. A fun fact about Spencer is that he enjoys traveling and exploring different cultures around the world.

Chloe Veator is a junior at Tewksbury Memorial High School in her hometown of Tewksbury, Massachusetts, where she serves as a class officer and expects to graduate in 2028. As a dedicated multi-sport athlete playing varsity field hockey and softball, she has also proudly competed in the Bay State Games for the past three years with the Northeast Softball team. Looking ahead, she plans to major in Psychology with the ultimate goal of helping and understanding others, and as a fun fact, she has a dog named Boomer!

Lila Vezina is from Wakefield, Massachusetts. She attends Northeast Metro Tech, where she studies in the culinary program. Lila figure skates and has attended Bay State Games competitions since 2021.

Justin Wang is a senior at Lexington High School and a dedicated Épée fencer. His accomplishments include a third-place finish in Cadet Men’s Épée at the 2025 USA Fencing Junior Olympics, a 32nd-place finish in Division I at the February 2026 North American Cup, and multiple Top-8 finishes among Class of 2027 fencers at national Division I events. He also serves as captain of his high school fencing team, which he led to a runner-up finish at the 2026 State Squad Championships.

Beyond the fencing strip, Justin applies his programming and AI skills to develop mobile and web applications designed to support people in need and strengthen his local community. He also enjoys writing and serves as sports editor for his school newspaper. As co-founder of Helpful Hands, a youth community service program, he has organized semi-annual clothing drives benefiting local homeless shelters for the past five years.

Fun fact: Justin raises backyard chickens in a coop he built himself.

Leah Worthley is from Norton and is a junior at Norton High School. Leah has played softball at the Bay State Games for the past two years for Coastal, winning silver in 2025 and gold in 2026. Leah has been a varsity starter for Norton High School and has appeared in the D3 State Elite Eight (2025) and the D3 State Final Four (2026). Leah also plays volleyball at Norton High School. She is a member of Best Buddies, the CCTE program, and has numerous volunteer hours at softball and basketball camps and clinics for younger kids in the community. Leah is interested in pursuing sports management or sports analytics. A fun fact about Leah is that she is a die-hard Red Sox fan!

Marisa Yee lives in Revere, Massachusetts, and is a sophomore at the Newman School in Boston. She is an ambassador for The Newman School, which involves leading school tours and meeting with prospective students and families. Marisa is a competitive figure skater and has participated in the Bay State Games in figure skating for five years. She enjoys volunteering at a local farmers' market. A fun fact about Marisa is that she enjoys baking for family and friends!

Alysa Zhang is a senior at Winchester High School and is a nationally ranked figure skater. She took up figure skating eleven years ago and has competed in the Bay State Games annually since 2021. In addition, she competed at the State Games of America for the first time in 2024 to represent the Bay State, bringing home a gold medal. At school, her favorite classes are chemistry and web design. Baking pastries and working out are her favorite activities in her free time. She enjoys giving skating advice to others and hopes to gain coaching experience at her local rinks!
