Game 1: Central v Northeast

Central: 3

Northeast: 1

Central came out strong for the start of the tournament both offensively and defensively. Northeast was only able to get one goal against them, which was made by Dillon Reilly (Lynnfield, Lynnfield HS). Michael Defreitas (Smithfield, Smithfield HS) of Central had one goal and assisted another. The other two goals were made by Joseph Lavela (Worcester, North HS) and Nicholas Jennings (Auburn, Auburn HS).

Game 2: Southeast v Coastal

Southeast: 1

Coastal: 1

These two teams were very well matched and it could’ve been anyone's game. In the end, both teams had one goal. Coastal’s goal was made by Will Quinlan (Westport, Westport HS) and assisted by Nathan Oliveira (Somerset, Somerset Berkley Reg HS). The Southeast goal was made by Reaves Debin (Sherborn, Dover-Sherborn HS) and assisted by Scott Cronin (Sherborn, Dover-Sherborn HS). Both teams defended their goals well and played a great defensive game against each other.

Game 3: West v Metro

West: 4

Metro: 1

West played a strong game offensively against Metro, scoring four goals. Imran Daher (Roxbury, Boston Latin Academy) was the only Metro player that was able to get a goal against West. Daniel Martin (Easthampton, Hampshire Reg HS) had a good game. Martin made two goals and assisted another. Martin assisted Thomas Wadas (Ludlow, Ludlow HS). Alex Hensch (Longmeadow, Longmeadow HS) assisted Owen Miller (South Hampton, Hampshire Reg HS) on West’s third goal of the game.

Game 4: Southeast v Metro

Southeast: 7

Metro: 3

Despite their best efforts, Metro was unable to defend their goal effectively during the second half of the game, when Southeast scored four of their goals. All the goals in this game came in quick succession for both teams during the first half. Unfortunately, Metro was unable to put a play together in the second half that resulted in a goal. Two of the Metro goals were made by Kayk Dos Santos (Boston, East Boston HS) and the third was made by David Alas (East Boston, East Boston HS). Four of Southeast's goals were made by Simon Hart (Dover, Dover-Sherborn HS). The remaining three were made by Joshua Kim (Hopkinton, Hopkinton HS), Jack Martin (Sherborn, Dover-Sherborn HS), and Timofei Zakharow (Hopkinton, Hopkinton HS). Defensively, Southeast stood strong in the second half, not allowing any goals. Levi Beaudry (Somerset, Somerset-Berkley), Kevin Cristi (Attleboro, Attleboro HS), and Langston Coyle (Norwood, Arlington Catholic HS) all played a big part in Southeast’s win.

Game 5: Central v West

Central: 0

West: 0

Central and West were both strong defensively as well as offensively but neither was able to secure a goal. Both took some great shots at the opposing team's goals but their defensive line and each goalkeeper, Mason Dorr, for Central (Grafton, Blackstone Valley Reg Voc Tech HS) and Colin Holt, for West (Belchertown, Hampshire Reg HS) weren’t letting any balls hit the back of the net.

Game 6: Northeast v Coastal

Northeast: 3

Coastal: 2

Dillon Reilly (Lynnfield, Lynnfield HS) played a good game against Coastal, scoring two of the three goals Northeast had as well as assisting the third. Edison Chacon (Lynn, Lynn Classical HS) and Brendan Reilly (Lynnfield, Lynnfield HS) both assisted Dillon Reilly. The third goal was made by Thomas O’Brein (Middleton, Essex Agricultural and Tech HS). For Coastal, Will Quinlan (Westport, Westport HS) was assisted by Asher O’Brien- Nichols (Mattapoisett, Old Rochester Reg HS) for their first goal of the game. The second was assisted by Carter Couto (Westport, Westport HS) and made by Leonardo Alfama (Fall River, B.M.C. Durfee HS).

These goals were scored by Alexander Faiella (Littleton, Littleton HS), Andre Groberio (Wenham, Hamilton-Wenham Reg HS), Jayden Dullea (Shrewsbury, Shrewsbury HS).

Game 10: West v Southeast

West: 7

Southeast: 0

Although Southeast was taking some beautiful shots on goal, they were unable to respond to West. Colin Holt (Belchertown, Hampshire Reg HS) never let any of the Southeast shots get past him. Ryan Davis (Belchertown, Pope Francis Prep School) had three goals, Daniel Martin (Easthampton, Hampshire Reg HS) had two, and both Justin Davis (Belchertown, Pathfinder Voc Tech HS) and Michael Gallagher (Longmeadow, Wilbraham & Monson Academy) made one goal.

Game 11: Northeast v Metro

Northeast: 3

Metro: 0

Dillon Reilly (Lynnfield, Lynnfield HS) of Northeast played an amazing game. Despite Metro’s best defensive efforts, they were unable to stop Reilly from the three goals he scored during this game. In goal, Gabriele Russo (Topsfield, Masconomet Reg HS) didn’t allow any of the attempted shots by Metro to get past him.

Game 12: Coastal v Central

Coastal: 0

Central: 4

While Coastal had some great plays, they were unable to score against Central. Ayslan Boscollo (Auburn, Auburn HS) and Tedi Ajazi (Shrewsbury, Shrewsbury HS) both played excellent games. Boscollo had a goal and assisted Ajazi who scored two goals. Joseph Lavela (Worcester, North HS) assisted the second goal Ajazi scored. Wilkins Pierre (Auburn, Auburn HS) assisted Michael Defreitas (Smithfield, Smithfield HS) which led to a beautiful goal.

West’s second goal was scored by Ayden St. Martin (South Hampton, Hampshire Reg HS).

Game 14: Northeast v Southeast

Northeast: 5

Southeast: 0

Northeast came out strong against Southeast. Northeast really showed their ability to be great playmakers. Dillon Reilly (Lynnfield, Lynnfield HS) scored two of the goals for Northeast. Edison Chacon (Lynn, Lynn Classical HS) also proved to be an asset to this team with his goal and assist.

Game 15: Metro v Central

Metro: 0

Central: 4

Offensively, Central played very well together during this game. They were able to find the open players and feed them the ball, which often resulted in an attempt at goal. Wilkins Pierre (Auburn, Auburn HS) scored two of the four goals. The other two goals were scored by Tedi Ajazi (Shrewsbury, Shrewsbury HS) and Jovuan Mensah (Worcester, Burncoat HS).

Bronze Medal Game: Southeast v West

The teams decided to not play and call it a tie, resulting in West winning the bronze medal.

Gold Medal Game: Northeast v Central

Northeast: 1

Central: 4

Dillon Reilly (Lynnfield, Lynnfield HS) scored the final goal for the Northeast team. The four goals for Central were scored by Tedi Ajazi (Shrewsbury, Shrewsbury HS), Joseph Chidester (Sturbridge, Tantasqua Reg HS), Nathan Davis (Oxford, Oxford HS), and Michael Defreitas (Smithfield, Smithfield HS). While this game was fun to watch, the celebration was even more so. The Central goalie Mason Dorr (Grafton, Blackstone Valley Reg Voc Tech HS) celebrated by jumping into the cooling tub and the team celebrated as a whole by giving their coach Chris Bailey a gatorade shower!
