"Bay State Games interns don't play games; they run them" - Alanis Tirabassi, BSG Director of Operations

The Bay State Games Internship Program offers candidates the opportunity to gain valuable experience in all phases of sport management. Interns will have the opportunity to learn about event management, financial management, operations, sponsorship fulfillment, and media relations. Unlike many other internships, the Bay State Games Internship Program allows candidates to take ownership of specific projects and manage events.

The BSG Internship Program has a rich history of interns going on to successful careers in sports.

Distinguished alumni are working for professional organizations like the Brooklyn Nets, Washington Wizards, Washington Capitals, Miami Dolphins, and Philadelphia Eagles. Others have gone on to work in intercollegiate athletics at schools like Tufts University, University of Missouri, Northeastern University, Princeton University, and Stonehill College. Two former interns are also part of the current BSG full-time staff!

The application for the 2023 BSG Internship Program will open November 1. Mark your calendars for the chance to join the extensive list of impressive alumni.
